Lifeline Program: A Full Continuum of Care
A Structured Path to Lasting Recovery
Recovery is not a one-step process. At Lifeline, we recognize that men and women facing addiction are often also navigating broader life challenges, difficulty finding meaningful employment, strained family relationships, and, at times, involvement with the justice system.
These circumstances can deepen the cycle of wounding, suppression, addiction, and destruction. Lifeline’s program is designed to break that cycle and set individuals on a path toward lasting healing and wholeness.
Lifeline’s trained staff, counselors, and volunteers provide a supportive, structured environment where clients can grow, learn, and rebuild their lives—spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
Our program is built around a three-phase model that allows clients to progress at a steady, supported pace.
A Proven Path to Recovery
Lifeline offers a long-term, structured program designed to address the root causes of addiction while preparing clients for life beyond treatment. Our approach combines clinical care, faith-based support, and dedicated workforce development to create lasting change.
