Lifeline offers a long-term, residential, structured program designed to address the root causes of addiction while preparing clients for life beyond treatment. Our approach combines clinical care, faith-based support, and dedicated workforce development to create lasting change.

 
 
  • Clients begin with a focus on healing and stability through:

    • Individual, group, and family counseling

    • Life skills training, including communication, anger management, and parenting

    • Workforce readiness, including GED support, resume building, and interview skills

    • A structured, supportive environment rooted in faith

  • As clients progress, they begin transitioning back into daily life:

    • Resume building and interview preparation

    • Full-time employment with employer partnerships

    • Continued counseling and evening programming

    • Financial skills, boundaries, and personal responsibility

    • Increased independence with continued accountability

  • Clients move into transitional housing while maintaining stability:

    • Steady employment and responsible financial management

    • Ongoing recovery support and accountability

    • Consistent weekly meeting attendance at 12-step meetings and churches

    • Preparation for long-term independence and success

    Lifeline provides multiple levels of care throughout the recovery journey, allowing clients to progress through treatment in a structured and supportive way.

    Residential Treatment Program (Phase 1)

    A structured, immersive environment focused on early recovery and stabilization.

    • Individual therapy sessions

    • Group therapy

    • Family counseling

    • Court-approved programming

    • Focus on behavioral health, life skills, and emotional regulation

    Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)  (Phase 1)

    A high level of structured care that provides intensive therapeutic support.

    • Structured daily programming

    • Group therapy and clinical oversight

    • Support during early stages of recovery

    Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (Phase 1)

    Flexible care designed to support clients as they begin re-entering daily life.

    • Offered five days per week

    • Individual therapy, group support, and case management

    • Peer support services

    • Available with housing and for future community-based clients

    Outpatient Program  (Phase 2&3)

    Continued support for clients who are working and living more independently.

    • Evening therapy sessions

    • Ongoing counseling and group support

    • Focus on long-term recovery and accountability
