Lifeline offers a long-term, residential, structured program designed to address the root causes of addiction while preparing clients for life beyond treatment. Our approach combines clinical care, faith-based support, and dedicated workforce development to create lasting change.

Clients begin with a focus on healing and stability through:

Life skills training, including communication, anger management, and parenting
Workforce readiness, including GED support, resume building, and interview skills
A structured, supportive environment rooted in faith

Residential Treatment Program (Phase 1)
A structured, immersive environment focused on early recovery and stabilization.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) (Phase 1)
A high level of structured care that provides intensive therapeutic support.
Structured daily programming

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (Phase 1)
Flexible care designed to support clients as they begin re-entering daily life.
Offered five days per week
